You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for providing and maintaining all equipment, hardware, software, and means of communication and charges for all related services for your access to and use of the Website and our Online Services.

The USAGO offers a 30 Day, 100% satisfaction guarantee for membership. If you are not satisfied with your membership for any reason within 30 days of signing up, we simplify the cancellation and refund process. Simply contact our support team at 800-764-6090, and we will work to ensure that you are happy and satisfied with the agreed-upon resolution.

We guarantee to be the lowest price online or match up to 2% below our cost on all products that are brand new, not close-out, not flash sales or on-sale in any way from other online retailers. This Price Match Policy is only applicable to USAGO Members. We do not match prices for customers who are not USAGO Members.

Item(s) must be identical (brand, model number, color, pattern, size). Proof of the retailer’s lower advertised price is required. The lower advertised price must be valid at the time of the match and not be the result of available coupons, rebates, or bundling. We reserve the right to verify identical items’ pricing and availability. We do not price-match auction sites, memberships, marketplace sellers, wholesale, clearance outlets, or liquidation prices.

All orders eligible for Member-pricing require a USAGO membership to order from www.usago.org. Non-Members can purchase at non-member pricing from www.usago.org without a membership but forfeit member pricing, stock, allocations, giveaways, discounts, and/or wholesale pricing on all products.

USAGO Membership is required to access the USAGO Training Vault and the private USAGO Community Portal.

Customers are allowed 1 new membership per year. If a customer cancels their membership and attempts to create a new membership within a year of their original sign-up date it will require a 1 full year membership for $99.00. This is nonrefundable.

All membership fees past 30 days of the sign-up date are nonrefundable. USAGO reserves the right to cancel any open order in the event of cancellation of membership. Users may cancel their subscription for Online Services at any time by: (a) calling 1-800-764-6090, (b) sending an e-mail to support@usago.org, or (c) by sending U.S. mail or other delivery to USAGO, 608 Jefferson Hwy, Winder, GA 30680.

USAGO's Return Policy applies to your purchase of any materials or products from USAGO through the Website (collectively, the “Product”). If you ordered an incorrect Product or need to return a Product for other reasons, you may return the Product to the Company for a refund within thirty (30) days of delivery of the Product to you, subject to the following terms and conditions:

If you purchase a lifetime membership and have received a firearm with purchase and then decide you would like a refund (within the allotted 30 days), you are entitled to a refund less the cost of the firearm, as determined by USAGO. If you opted for a credit due to firearm regulations instead of a firearm, you forfeit your right to the credit.

If firearms or ammunition is rejected, denied, or refused or the customer does not pass a background check, the customer is responsible for any shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee to return to USAGO, 608 Jefferson Hwy, Winder, GA 30680, or the originating warehouse. Please contact your Member Services Specialist for further information.

Once an order has been placed, there is a very short time frame where we are actually able to cancel it, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel any order.

During normal business hours, which are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST, once an order is placed, there is a 30-minute remorse window where the customer can call customer service at 800-764-6090 to update or cancel their order. After 30 minutes, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to an order. Please note in most cases, we will be unable to cancel an order once placed.

Should cancellation not be possible, you can contact us for a Returns Authorization (RMA) and return instructions, so we can make sure the issue is resolved promptly. Refunds for approved returns will be issued upon return receipt of the package, less the applicable restocking fee.

We strive to be up to date on all the current laws in each state for shipping and receiving firearms, ammo, and related items. To ensure that we do our best to follow each state's respective law regarding the shipping, receiving, and delivery of firearms, ammo, and related items, there may be a hold on your order based on your billing and shipping address.

If you purchase firearms on the Site, you agree to comply with all applicable Legal Requirements governing the specific requirements for transfer and shipping of firearms, including without limitation those found in the Site Rules (which shall apply regardless of any contrary information contained). In the U.S., Firearms (as defined below) must be shipped only to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Buyer must transmit a copy of his/her (or his/her transfer dealer’s) license to the seller before the Item can be shipped. Buyer must make arrangements with a Transfer Dealer before placing a bid. For purposes of this Agreement, “Firearms” and “Ammunition” shall have the meanings given in the Gun Control Act of 1968, 18 U.S.C. §§ 101 et seq.

Items may not be sold or shipped contrary to state and local Legal Requirements, which may vary considerably. For example, Items such as Ammunition or knives may require government-issued proof of age before they can be shipped to certain states, and in some states, certain types of knives or Ammunition may not be sold or shipped at all.

• California: USAGO does not ship to the following areas: the City of Los Angeles, the City of Oakland, the City of San Francisco, San Francisco County, and the City of Sacramento. In addition, to the above laws, all ammunition shipped to California must be sent to an FFL. Furthermore, no magazines over 10 rounds capacity can be shipped to California.
• WARNING: Some of the products found on USAGO’s website can expose you to chemicals, which is [are] known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information, go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
• Colorado: Magazines with a capacity of more than 15 rounds cannot be sold or shipped to Colorado.
• Connecticut: Once your order is placed, you will be notified by USAGO that we will need some additional documentation before the item can be shipped. Please email USAGO a copy of your driver’s license and a copy of one of the following: states issued pistol permit, long gun certificate, or ammunition certificate. These documents can be faxed or emailed to support@usago.org, Subject Line: Connecticut Order - “Customer Name.”
• Delaware: You must be 21 to purchase rifle ammo in Delaware.
• Illinois: May order ammunition. However, your order will be placed on “Hold” until USAGO receives valid copies of your driver’s license and Firearms Owners Identification Document card (FOID). Copies of these two documents can be faxed or emailed to support@usago.org, Subject Line: FOID - “Customer Name.”
• New York: Ammunition cannot be shipped to buyers in New York City or any of the five boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island). You can have ammo shipped to a New York state-registered FFL.
• New Jersey: Before you order ammunition to be bought and shipped to New Jersey, the buyer must submit valid copies of their driver's license and Firearms Purchaser Identification Card to USAGO. Copies of these two documents should be emailed to support@usago.org, Subject Line: FID - “Customer Name”.
• Massachusetts: Firearms and magazines are limited to 10 rounds. Any firearm or magazine purchased must be Massachusetts-compliant.

This list will be updated throughout the year to assist you in knowing the laws and regulations of your State. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to know and follow Federal and State laws and regulations as it pertains to firearms, ammunition, and related items.

All orders are shipped promptly from a USAGO in-store inventory or partner distributor warehouse within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped once products leave their fulfillment warehouse.

Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake, or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures, or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order, including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order, we will not charge the customer's credit card, or we will refund the money.
